The Role
The Transactional Specialist is responsible for managing the daily operations of the transactional hub for NOLA, providing essential support to the sales force and marketing teams through the efficient and accurate execution of processes related to vendor management, purchase order generation, event management on the MAPP platform, invoicing control, and SAGRILAFT procedures. This position requires an operational focus, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various internal and external teams, ensuring compliance with procedures and optimizing resources.
RESPONSABILITIES
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to sales force and marketing teams including Event Management on MAPP Platform, processing purchase orders and vendor management.
  • Coordinate and execute transactional tasks related to the invoicing process in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Act as the primary contact for resolving transactional issues, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure requests are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements related to sales force and marketing operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with auditing requirements.
  • Liaise with both local and regional teams to facilitate seamless execution of end-to-end processes.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team in all administrative and transactional processes, facilitating the execution of commercial operations.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within internal procedures, proposing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience in transactional management, purchasing, administration, or commercial support.
  • Knowledge of transactional platforms and event management
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in administrative management tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
