- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely payments
- Process accounts receivable invoices and record cash receipts
- Reconcile vendor and customer statements
- Execute electronic and manual payments in accordance with company policies
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register, including acquisitions and disposals
- Prepare month‑end journal entries and supporting documentation
- Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Support internal and external audit activities by providing required schedules
- Generate routine financial reports for management review
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of AP/AR processes and fixed asset accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Understanding of Jordanian accounting regulations and IFRS basics
Skills Required
