The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Accounting & Tax team led by Françoise. The team consists of 11 accounting and tax professionals supporting Mirakl's global financial operations. Together, you'll be ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial management to support the growth and efficiency of Mirakl.

Your Impact
  • Contribute to monthly and annual financial closing processes in collaboration with the Accounting Manager, producing closing files related to subsidiary accounting
  • Manage daily accounting operations including bank entries, payment tracking and recording, and payroll payment preparation in coordination with the relevant teams
  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping for foreign subsidiaries and communicate in English with local accounting firms
  • Prepare and file routine tax declarations (VAT in France and abroad, CVAE, C3S, DAS2) in coordination with the Tax Manager
  • Prepare and organize documentation for statutory auditors for audit purposes and participate in accounting controls as part of internal control processes
  • Support the General Accountant on payroll and fixed assets matters
  • Justify and analyze balance sheet accounts to ensure financial accuracy
  • Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools and agents in daily work, with an appetite for contributing to the Finance team's AI transformation by identifying opportunities to streamline accounting workflows
What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience

  • Currently pursuing higher education in accounting (BTS CG, DCG, Master CCA, or equivalent)
  • Looking for a 12-24 month apprenticeship starting September 2026

Skills

  • Strong understanding of accounting and tax principles
  • Curious, rigorous, and proactive by nature
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Tools

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Languages

  • Good level of English for communication with foreign subsidiaries and local accounting firms
  • Fluent in French
Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Stipend: Compensation is calculated according to the applicable SMIC (minimum wage) or SMC (conventional minimum wage) percentage based on your contract type, age, and education level.
