The IT Systems Administrator will be a key member of the IT team, with a focus on Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM). This role will be responsible for administering our device management systems, supporting day-to-day IT operations, and serving as an escalation point for the help desk. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the security and efficiency of our endpoint fleet and application access processes in a company of 600 people with a 5-person IT team.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer Jamf and Intune, including creating and managing profiles, policies, enrollment, and ensuring compliance with zero-touch deployment.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and application access processes.
  • Serve as the escalation point for the Helpdesk team on all Jamf and Intune-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the Information Security team on compliance initiatives and recertifications.
  • Participate in and contribute to IT projects under the guidance of the IT Systems Architect.
  • Work closely with the HR team to streamline and improve employee life cycle processes.
  • Maintain and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for access requests and IT tickets.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an Enterprise IT environment.
  • Proven experience working collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency in administering macOS endpoints within a corporate setting.
  • Hands-on experience with Jamf, including the ability to build profiles and policies and manage self-service configurations. A Jamf certification is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of PC Mobile Device Management (MDM).
  • A general understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and application assignments.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems such as Freshservice, Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
