Ibotta is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to join our IT team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, IT, this administrator owns the front line of the employee technology experience across our Mac and Windows fleet, our enterprise SaaS stack, and the ticket queue that connects them. You will provision devices, administer applications, support employees from first day to last, and partner with IT Engineering and IT Desktop Support to move repetitive work into documented, repeatable workflows.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Own the Jira Service Management queue as the primary escalation, resolving incidents and requests against SLA with clear documentation on every ticket

  • Perform delegated MDM tasks in Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, device record hygiene, policy scoping, application installs, and remote remediation

  • Administer day to day access in Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and O365: user lifecycle, group membership, license assignment, and application access requests

  • Write and maintain knowledge base articles, runbooks, and self-service guides that let employees and Desktop Support resolve common issues without escalation

  • Manage endpoint-adjacent services such as conference room technology, PaperCut print and badging, and office network hardware

What We Are Looking For
  • 3-5 years of industry experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems preferred; equivalent experience accepted

  • Hands-on experience with an MDM platform. Exposure to Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune is strongly preferred. Interest in scripting and automation, with some exposure to Bash, Python, or PowerShell

  • Working knowledge of an IT ticketing system such as Jira Service Management, or ServiceNow, with a track record of SLA and documentation discipline

  • Comfort administering enterprise SaaS applications such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian Cloud, or O365

  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical employees & Ability to devise non-traditional solutions to meet business needs

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.

  • Base compensation range: $77,000 - $88,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
