This is a hands-on, entry-level position designed for a student or junior candidate who wants to build real experience in enterprise IT. In this on-site role (minimum 30 hours per week), you will be the go-to support presence in our Warsaw office, working directly with employees to keep their technology running smoothly. You will join the IT Operations team and work closely with the IT Workspace Administration Manager and senior IT colleagues for day-to-day guidance and mentoring.
How will you make an impact with us?
Set up and maintain IT equipment: laptops, docking stations, monitors, cables, printers, and peripherals
Support employees with day-to-day tech issues in the Warsaw office
Troubleshoot and replace basic hardware components
Maintain and support conference room devices (Logitech, ASUS Google Meet)
Keep inventory records up to date and help organize our hardware base
Use Jira Cloud to track and respond to support tickets
Support internal moves and hardware reassignments
This is the right job for you if you have:
Well-developed communication skills – you can explain tech issues to non-technical users without jargon
Solid understanding of computers and basic IT systems
Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS – installing systems, creating user accounts, connecting peripherals
Excellent English – written and spoken (our team is international)
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment
Self-organization – you take notes, track your tasks, and update statuses without being reminded
