Own Huuuge Games’ investor relations strategy and equity story, serving as the primary liaison to institutional investors and sell-side analysts. Develop IR materials, earnings communications, roadshows, conferences, and website content. Analyze investor sentiment, peer valuations, analyst models, shareholder structure, and stock performance to advise executives and the Board. Ensure communications comply with MAR and Warsaw Stock Exchange requirements while coordinating closely with the CFO, CEO, Legal, and Financial Reporting teams.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of core features for a live mobile game. Analyze player behavior, KPIs, and A/B tests to improve engagement, retention, and monetization. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, design, monetization, analytics, content, UI, economy, and marketing teams. Lead initiatives from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization while monitoring competitors, trends, and player feedback.

Lead end-to-end data science and machine learning initiatives for mobile gaming, including player behavior modeling, personalization, engagement and monetization optimization, experimentation, causal inference, statistical modeling, and production deployment. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering while establishing technical standards, scalable tooling, documentation, and company-wide Data and AI best practices.

Lead and execute user acquisition strategy for live social casino titles, manage UA and retargeting budgets, grow and develop the UA team, optimize campaigns and creatives, analyze CPI/ROAS/LTV/payback, and collaborate with Monetization, Product, Data, Creative and Brand to drive scalable player growth and long-term monetization.

The Monetization Specialist will develop and implement strategies to maximize game revenue and player engagement, analyze monetization mechanics, and provide insights to improve performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
