About the RoleWe are looking for a System Architect who will be responsible for the architecture area of enterprise systems and applications. In this role, you will design and evolve technical architecture, recommend appropriate technologies and integration patterns, and collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to support the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the architecture area of enterprise systems and applications, ensuring scalability, security, resilience, and maintainability.
- Design and recommend appropriate technologies, architectural patterns, frameworks, and system components.
- Design system integrations, APIs, and data flows across enterprise platforms.
- Coordinate activities related to architecture across project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Review solution designs and implementations to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.

- Proven experience as a System Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Software Engineer in complex enterprise environments.

- Experience designing integrations using APIs, messaging platforms, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Knowledge of modern application architectures, including microservices and cloud-native concepts.
- Experience working with enterprise-grade applications, databases, and middleware technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical issues.
- Experience collaborating with teams in Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of security architecture and regulatory requirements applicable to financial institutions.
- A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to solving technical challenges.
