IT Specialist Syteline
To attend users incidents and requests related to Syteline Mexico and Brazil. Work with developers, DB administrators and ERP business analysts to resolve issues on the system. Follow up user account and permissions changes.
Purpose of the job
Specific responsibilities
1) Attend users incidents and requests of Syteline system.
2) Analysis of the information registered by end users in the different modules of Syteline version 8 and 9, for incidents solution.
3) Resolve doubts about processes in Syteline.
4) Analysis, creation/modification of reports in Crystal Reports and SQL Reporting services for Syteline v8 and v9.
5) Design, modification and maintenance of the company's business intelligence (CIW) reports.
6) Syteline users and permissions maintenance.
7) Monitor Syteline services to ensure performance and avoid disruptions of the system.
8) Management and refresh of development and testing environments of the system.
9) Work with the different areas to clean up data on the system according to the current data retention plan.
10) Work in collaboration with IT teams from other regions (India, UK, etc.) to solve Syteline incidents and requests.
Requirements:
Education and experience
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer or information Science
-At least 5 years experience in ERP administration with SQL Databases and attending end users incidents.
-Good management of ERP modules: Finance, Inventory, Order Entry, Production, Projects.
-Domain of system administration tasks as user management, parameters modifications, system recovery, reports creation/modification, etc.
- Skilled at Crystal reports and SQL Reporting services.
-Domain of SQL queries, Transact-SQL
-English language skills 80%
Preferred:
Syteline, Cloudsuite Industrial ERP version 8 and 9.
