If you're excited about making a real impact, moving fast and being part of a passionate team, this is the place for you!
About the roleWe’re looking for an IT Specialist to own the technology our team relies on every day. You’ll help people get unstuck, make sure new joiners have what they need from day one, and keep our devices, access, and tools organized.
This is a hands-on role with room to improve how things work. We’re looking for someone who follows through, notices what keeps breaking, and takes the initiative to fix it.
What you’ll own:
- Day-to-day IT support. Be the person employees turn to for hardware, software, and access issues. Prioritize requests, keep people updated, and follow through to resolution.
- Onboarding and offboarding. Coordinate device setup, accounts, and permissions so new joiners are ready to work and departing employees’ access and equipment are handled properly.
- Devices and equipment. Manage purchasing, setup, inventory, repairs, and returns of laptops and accessories.
- Our workplace tools. Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other company applications. Keep licenses and renewals organized, track usage and spend, and recommend where we can simplify or save.
- Access management. Keep accounts, groups, and permissions current, follow company policies, and run quarterly access reviews with system owners.
- AI tools. Administer Claude and other approved AI platforms, including user access, licenses, approved connectors, and usage limits. Monitor adoption and spend, and flag unusual activity.
- Better ways of working. Spot recurring issues, address their causes, and maintain clear documentation that helps people help themselves. Coordinate with vendors when needed and bring recommendations when a decision needs wider input.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or administration, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Practical experience troubleshooting macOS and administering Google Workspace.
- Examples of taking responsibility for an IT process or service and improving it: onboarding, device tracking, support, or documentation.
- A helpful, patient approach. You can explain a technical issue clearly and support people with different levels of technical confidence.
- Strong follow-through. You keep records current, manage competing requests, and close the loop.
- Curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to learn how to manage them responsibly.
- Experience with device management tools, such as Jamf, Kandji, or JumpCloud, is a plus.
**Please note that this position is 4 days/week in our Tel-Aviv office**

Tastewise Insights
What We Do
At Tastewise, we’re reinventing how the food and beverage industry understands consumers. Every year, 90% of product innovation in food fails -not because brands lack ideas, but because they lack accurate, real-time insight into what people truly want. Traditional surveys and focus groups can’t keep up with the speed of culture, leaving businesses disconnected from consumer needs. Tastewise solves that. Our AI-powered consumer intelligence platform transforms massive amounts of data from online searches, social conversations, ordering platforms, and recipe sharing into clear, actionable insights. We enable food and beverage companies to discover what consumers are craving, why it matters, and how to meet demand with products that succeed. With Tastewise, brands can: • Reduce waste and costs by focusing only on products people actually need. • Accelerate innovation with real-time data instead of outdated reports. • Tell stronger stories by grounding marketing and product launches in consumer behavior. • Stay ahead of trends with insights that reflect what’s happening now -not what happened last year. Our platform is trusted by leading global food and beverage brands including Campbells, Givaudan, KraftHeinz, Nestlé, Mars, PepsiCo, and more, to answer their most pressing questions, from “Which flavors and ingredients are trending?” to “What health claims resonate with Gen Z today?” Whether it’s identifying the next big plant-based ingredient or optimizing product messaging, Tastewise delivers the clarity needed to win in a competitive market. Since launching in 2018, we’ve grown to 120+ employees across the US, UK, Spain, and Israel. Backed by $50M in Series B funding, we’re scaling rapidly.
Why Work With Us
At Tastewise, we’re not just another data company. Most data companies crunch numbers; Tastewise tells stories. Our AI connects brands to what consumers truly crave, reducing waste and driving impact. Here, your work directly shapes global food trends, in a culture built on collaboration, innovation, and a mission that matters.
