As an IT Specialist at Noma Security, you’ll play a key role in keeping our growing team productive, secure, and connected. You’ll own day-to-day employee IT support, manage onboarding and offboarding, administer core identity and endpoint systems, and help maintain the infrastructure behind our Tel Aviv office. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems independently, working closely with employees, and improving IT operations as the company scales.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Support Employees Day-to-Day: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues
• Own Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage employee setup and departure end-to-end, including accounts, access permissions, devices, and equipment
• Administer Core IT Systems: Manage identity, access, endpoints, and SaaS platforms such as Okta, Kandji, 1Password, Google Workspace, and CrowdStrike
• Maintain Office IT Infrastructure: Support networking, conference rooms, Zoom Rooms, printers, workstations, and other office technology
• Improve IT Operations: Help streamline recurring processes and identify opportunities to use automation, scripting, and AI to make IT operations more efficient

✅ What You Bring

• 2-3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar hands-on role
• Strong experience supporting macOS environments and administering Google Workspace
• Hands-on experience with identity providers such as Okta, Entra ID, or JumpCloud
• Experience with MDM platforms such as Kandji, Jamf, or Intune
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including VLANs, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPNs
• Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills and a service-oriented approach to supporting employees

• Background or experience in information security
• Experience with scripting and automation, with an interest in using AI to improve IT operations
