As a Salesforce Developer, you build out the support organization for Salesforce supporting the commercial team
Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Lightning components
- Build and optimize Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows) to automate business processes
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Work with Platform Events, Named Credentials, and External Services for secure integrations
- Customize standard and custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and unit testing
- Handle deployments using Change Sets, SFDX, or CI/CD tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- 4 - 7 years relevant experience required
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II required
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
- Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules
- Experience with asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future methods)
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience with Salesforce Sale, service CPQ
- Experience of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently, in a team environment, including different time zone
- Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
