What You'll Do:

To serve as the operational backbone of our revenue engine by optimizing, administering, and continuously improving Salesforce and related RevOps processes. This role ensures that our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams operate with clean data, efficient workflows, accurate reporting, and scalable systems that drive predictable revenue growth.

The Revenue Operations Analyst serves as the operational backbone of our revenue engine by optimizing business processes, administering Salesforce and the Revenue Operations technology stack, and driving operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Partner teams.

This role bridges business strategy and operational execution by ensuring scalable processes, high-quality data, efficient systems, and actionable insights that enable predictable revenue growth. You will own Salesforce administration while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve revenue operations, support GTM initiatives, manage RevOps tools, and drive user adoption.

 Revenue Operations

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Systems teams to optimize end-to-end revenue processes.
  • Support lead-to-revenue, quote-to-cash, renewal, and customer lifecycle operations.
  • Drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
  • Support territory planning, quota management, pipeline governance, forecasting, and renewal operations.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.

Revenue Technology & Tool Management

  • Administer and support the Revenue Operations technology stack, including Salesforce and integrated GTM applications.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and optimize RevOps tools and integrations.
  • Support implementation, testing, rollout, and ongoing optimization of new technologies.
  • Monitor system utilization and recommend improvements that maximize business value and user adoption.
  • Maintain documentation of system architecture, integrations, and business processes.

Vendor & License Management

  • Support vendor relationships for Revenue Operations technologies.
  • Assist with software renewals, contract tracking, and license management.
  • Monitor license utilization and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Security during software evaluations and renewals.
  • Maintain an inventory of RevOps applications and software assets.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and executive leadership.
  • Analyze pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, conversion metrics, renewals, and revenue performance.
  • Deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy through strong data governance and quality management practices.

User Adoption & Enablement

  • Drive adoption of Salesforce and Revenue Operations tools through training, documentation, and best practices.
  • Partner with Enablement teams to improve user experience and system utilization.
  • Gather user feedback and continuously enhance processes and system capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for business users on system functionality and operational best practices.

AI & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve revenue productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate Salesforce AI capabilities (Einstein, Agentforce, predictive insights) and other AI-powered solutions across the RevOps technology ecosystem.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by identifying scalable solutions that support business growth.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Strong experience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Customer Success Operations.
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations processes, sales pipeline management, forecasting, renewals, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, IT, and Business Systems teams.
  • Experience supporting RevOps technologies such as Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Outreach, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing SaaS applications, user access, software licensing, or vendor relationships is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience documenting business processes and translating business requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Working knowledge of AI capabilities within Salesforce (Einstein, Agentforce, predictive scoring, forecasting insights) and the ability to identify use cases where AI can improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and revenue productivity.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or operational efficiency.

Skills Required

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
  • Strong experience supporting Revenue Operations or Sales Operations functions
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Proven experience configuring OOTB Salesforce features (Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Record Types)
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Strong understanding of revenue funnel metrics and forecasting concepts
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success
  • Experience managing sandbox environments, testing cycles, and release deployments
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
  • Experience with CPQ, Marketing Automation (Marketo/HubSpot), Clari, Outreach, or similar tools
  • Working knowledge of AI capabilities within Salesforce (Einstein, predictive scoring, forecasting insights)
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving
  • Service Cloud exposure
