Supervise lab quality control for ceramic and refractory materials: prepare and analyze polished samples via polarized light microscopy and image analysis, run CO gas disintegration tests, maintain ISO/EHS compliance, record and report test results, support customer inspections, and uphold 5S standards.

Serve as the technical lead for refractory products in the glass segment: support product selection, installation, trials, troubleshooting, performance analysis, liaise with OEMs, drive product improvements, support bids, and train customers and internal teams.

Manage monolithics production planning and execution, including SAP-PP production orders, raw material mass balance, cost and manpower allocation, process control, quality coordination, EHS/IMS compliance, reporting, continuous improvement (5S/Kaizen/OPEX) and project trials for crushing & grinding circuits.

Manage outbound warehouse operations: enforce EHS and QC, load products per slips and QC clearance, perform stocktakes and documentation, coordinate departments, allocate manpower, operate/oversee forklifts/crane handling, maintain housekeeping, 5S and participate in Kaizen improvements.

Lead and maintain quality control for refractory products and processes, ensuring ISO/QMS compliance. Oversee testing, raw material inspection, lab calibration, product development projects, cost-reduction initiatives, and cross-functional coordination. Provide technical training, support customer and supplier quality interactions, maintain traceable test records, and promote 5S and EHS best practices.
