IT Administrator
Key Job Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cloud services.
Manage network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VPNs, and internet connectivity.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide first and second-level technical support to end users.
Monitor system performance, backups, and security events.
Implement cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection.
Maintain IT asset inventory and software licensing records.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance and support.
Ensure business continuity through backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Prepare and maintain IT documentation, policies, and technical reports.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Systems Administration.
Strong technical expertise in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft 365, networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, DNS, DHCP), firewall administration (Fortinet preferred), virtualization (VMware/ Hyper-V), backup and disaster recovery, endpoint security and Antivirus solutions, and hardware and software troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail with strong documentation and time management skills.
