The Opportunity
Support the effectiveness and scalability of the private equity investment function at a high quality, growing alternative investment manager
Play a central role in improving how the investment team operates, communicates, and makes decisions
What You'll Do
Investment Team Coordination & Information Flow
  • Own the preparation and execution of internal investment team meetings and key forums, ensuring materials, data, and participants are aligned in advance
  • Prepare materials and context to enable productive discussions, synthesizing key investment insights and highlighting areas for focus
  • Capture, structure, and maintain investment insights, decisions, and themes in a clear and actionable format
  • Ensure timely communication of outputs and track follow-ups to drive continuity and accountability across discussions
  • Act as a central point of coordination across the team, proactively identifying gaps and ensuring the team is prepared, aligned, and operating effectively

Pipeline, CRM & Data Management
  • Maintain and enhance DealCloud as the system of record for pipeline and relationship management
  • Capture investment activity, relationship insights, and decision rationale in a structured format
  • Ensure high-quality, consistent data to support reporting and decision-making

Conference & Relationship Coverage
  • Oversee conference and annual meeting coverage and prioritization
  • Analyze attendee lists and historical interactions to help prioritize key relationships
  • Align internal coverage with team priorities and maintain visibility across engagements

Data Analysis & Insight Generation
  • Analyze data across CRM, pipeline activity, and external engagement to identify trends and patterns
  • Proactively identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and surface actionable recommendations to support investment decision-making
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to generate forward-looking insights and improve team prioritization

Project Management & Tech-Enabled Process Improvement
  • Translate strategic initiatives into structured, repeatable workflows
  • Own continuous optimization of investment team processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements
  • Leverage technology (DealCloud, AI tools, automation) to enhance workflows
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual processes and improve scalability across the investment platform

What You'll Bring
  • BA/BS/BBA required with 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or investment-related roles
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with private markets preferred
  • Proactive, systems-oriented mindset
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to initiate and lead change management
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Limited travel required

Technical & Data Skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., DealCloud)
  • Strong data analysis capabilities (e.g., Excel, Tableau or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g., Hebbia, ChatGPT, OtterAI)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Pay Transparency
Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
