As part of the Investigations and Reconciliation team, you will be conducting investigations into reported payment discrepancies, non-receipt claims and reconciliation anomalies that require investigation with other departments and banks. This includes analyzing transaction data from multiple sources, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.

You will be working with various other financial products and solutions offered by the company and facilitating their delivery from an operational perspective as per defined guidelines and criteria.

Role Responsibilities

• Efficiently managing and tracking investigation cases within our dedicated case management system.

• Working closely with various internal departments (e.g. accounting, customer service, IT) and external banking partners to gather information, resolve disputes, and ensure smooth customer experience.

• Ensuring prompt and successful case resolution.

• Assisting the team leader with coordinating and supporting overall successful day-to-day team operations and more complex tasks or resolving issues.

Role Requirements

• Fluency in English language both written and spoken.

• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Accuracy, detail orientation and proactive attitude.

• Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment.

• Pay close attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.

• Experience in finance, accounting or a similar field would be considered as an advantage.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1,400 – 2,080 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
