PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex, and global projects in alignment with VMO governance, ensuring strategic value realization.
- Manage multiple workstreams with diverse stakeholder groups, navigating moderate-to-high complexity in priorities, interests, and organizational dynamics.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach for business sponsors, ensuring alignment between project outcomes and strategic goals.
- Anticipate risks and drive issue resolution, balancing tactical problem-solving with long-term impact.
- Ensure disciplined adherence to project governance, while promoting innovation and continuous improvement in delivery methods.
- Support change adoption by partnering closely with change management, IT, and business functions.
- Lead a small team of project analysts and coordinators
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex/global initiatives (e.g., multi-country, cross-functional, or enterprise-scale projects).
2. Mandatory certification in SAFe, PMP, or PRINCE2.
3. Exceptional ability to manage and influence moderately difficult stakeholders-balancing strong interpersonal skills with the authority to challenge constructively.
4. Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management, and value realization practices.
5. Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, logistics, or similar) preferred.
6. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
