Department OverviewThe Field Services Organization in Europe is responsible for all Local Technical Support to our customers on site and for the Operation & Maintenance of all Field and Support Services Contracts in the Region.

Job Description
The Customer Support Engineer (CSE) will be part of the Lithuania Service Organisation, led by a group of dedicated Radio System & IP Network based professional engineers, who bring together a wide range of skills and experience that provide critical system support to Motorola Solution Mission Critical Customers both in Lithuania and across Europe. Such systems include Land Mobile Radio solutions, Software solutions such as WAVE and Mission Critical Broad Band Push to Talk (MCPTT), Command and Control solutions, through to Two-way Radio products.
We’re looking for talented, motivated, and committed Electronic/System/Computer Engineer to join us and help our customers in the MOMENTS THAT MATTER!
The CSE will be part of an engineering team who predominantly perform maintenance (Preventative and Reactive) activities, implementation of critical software patches, provide technical support during major Software upgrades, as well as providing technical support with system expansions, growing either the existing system or implementing new solutions.
The CSE will be expected to travel to Customer locations to perform their duties.

Basic Requirements
Successfully completed technical training or degree in the field of Telecommunications/IT (or a comparable Qualification)
+ 5 years of experience working in a similar field would be beneficial
Good knowledge of the IP network architecture and its components
Ability to work independently on complex technical tasks
Ability to work in a team
A strong willingness to travel for several days in Lithuania and abroad (Europe) is essential - 20% to 40% of travel
Availability & willingness to perform On-call duty (24/7)
EU citizenship with residence in Lithuania
Willingness to undergo security screening by the Ministry of the Interior
High degree of independence and assertiveness
Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian & English (verbal, written and presentation)
Class B driving license.
Highly Desirable (but not essential)
Comptia Network+, Security+ certification
RHEL administrator Level 1 Certification
