What Success Looks Like in This Role
From Day 1, you will be leading critical projects in Supply, Demand, and Logistics, with a focus on new product launches within a specific category. Your responsibility will extend to ensuring market readiness and product availability across the category’s product lineup.

You’ll join a dynamic team composed of Marketing, Finance, Sales, and external partners, serving as the primary liaison between P&G's Israeli operations and our sourcing and planning centers across Europe.

This internship will provide you with the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the business while developing your analytical, technical, and leadership capabilities. As a Market Initiative Leader (MIL), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to strategic decision-making, business planning, and comprehensive analysis that drives the business forward.

Job Qualifications

Who We Are Looking For:
We’re seeking individuals passionate about the supply chain industry and eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within the field. Ideal candidates will be:

  • Final-year students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Available to work 4 days per week (80% role).
  • Strong analytical thinkers with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communicators with the ability to influence and collaborate with others.
  • High level in both English and Hebrew.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Previous experience is not required, but a plus.
  • Experience with data analysis or technological tools is a plus.
