Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?
Mondelez Digital Services (MDS) is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own our Agentic Insights Generation Layer - the AI-powered analytical core that turns raw market data into decision-ready recommendations for the business.
You will be accountable for a suite of autonomous AI agents that continuously monitor and interpret the company's key topline business drivers, and translate them into clear, actionable insight for stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams.
This is an agentic reasoning system that helps the business understand how it is performing against the categories in which we compete, and turn that understanding into better commercial decisions, faster and with less manual analysis.
More about this role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Agentic Insights Generation Layer end-to-end, defining the product vision, roadmap, and architecture for a multi-agent system that autonomously analyzes topline business drivers (distribution, price/promo, trend & category performance) and surfaces prioritized, decision-ready recommendations.
- Translate business questions into agent capabilities - working Insights & Analytics teams to encode how the business evaluates performance, positioning, and innovation into the reasoning logic, prompts, and workflows of the AI agents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into technical product scope for AI-based reporting, insights, and recommendation generation.
- Own and maintain the product roadmap, feature backlog, and documentation, including user stories, agent workflow specifications, data requirements, and evaluation criteria for insight quality.
- Champion adoption of agentic AI and insights capabilities across the organization, driving change management, training, and communication so commercial and marketing teams trust and act on AI-generated recommendations.
- Maintain deep fluency in the AI/agentic technology stack - data pipelines, model orchestration, agent-to-agent workflows, and tool integrations - to make sound architecture and prioritization decisions in partnership with engineering.
- Define and own success metrics for the insights layer, including decision impact, insight accuracy, latency, and user trust - and iterate the product based on measured outcomes.
- Manage product budget, delivery cadence, and vendor/partner relationships, ensuring all work meets performance, security, privacy, and responsible-AI standards.
We Are Looking For Candidates With
- Proven experience leading data and AI-oriented projects within a CPG context, ideally spanning sales and/or marketing - you understand how CPG companies make investment, pricing, and innovation decisions.
- Direct experience designing or delivering agentic AI/workflow solutions - multi-agent orchestration, autonomous reasoning pipelines, or LLM-based decision-support systems
- Proven AI product management experience, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Ability to set strategic direction and drive execution through cross-functional collaboration, proactively identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Strong Agile delivery experience: prioritizing backlogs, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing delivery cadences.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex AI/ML and agentic concepts into business language for non-technical commercial and marketing stakeholders, and vice versa.
- Intellectual curiosity and a bias for experimentation, staying current on emerging agentic AI patterns, evaluation methods, and regulatory developments.
Nice to Have
- Certifications in AI/ML, prompt engineering, or autonomous agent design.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS) and the Databricks platform (Unity Catalog, Genie, etc.).
- Exposure to agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) or similar multi-agent tooling.
- Experience defining and tracking AI product metrics such as accuracy, latency, user trust, hallucination rate, and business decision impact.
- Prior exposure to syndicated market data providers (Nielsen, Circana/IRI, Kantar) and RGM/trade promotion management platforms.
