Team Overview
The International Revenue Enablement & Productivity (REP) team supports TransUnion’s seven international regions by enabling Sales and Go‑To‑Market teams to achieve their goals. The team delivers impactful events that align teams around International priorities, launches enablement initiatives that upskill and support client‑facing professionals, and manages tools designed to drive sales productivity and efficiency.
What You'll Bring:
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
This internship is meant to support the delivery and ongoing improvement of International Revenue Enablement & Productivity programs and events. The intern will contribute to high-visibility initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in revenue enablement, learning programs, and business communications within a global organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the planning and execution of International enablement initiatives, including quarterly business updates & town halls, leadership meetings, and structured learning programs.
- Create and update presentation materials (slides, templates, certificates, and supporting assets) to ensure consistency, clarity, and strong visual standards.
- Draft and send clear, professional internal communications in English, including emails, calendar invites, and event follow-ups.
- Assist with logistics and coordination for virtual sessions and events, including managing invitee lists, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and translation tools.
- Support content localization efforts by coordinating translations and ensuring materials are ready for use across regions.
- Help organize, compile, and maintain enablement materials and documentation for future reference and reuse.
- Support basic data hygiene and reporting activities, such as monitoring survey results and ensuring information accuracy.
- Assist with operational tasks such as invoice matching and administrative processes using enterprise tools.
Required Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office 365 (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Copilot, OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint)
- English – Spanish Translation
Required Knowledge & Experiences
- Advanced student or recent graduate in Business Administration, English Teaching, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ or C1).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a global, hybrid environment, collaborating with stakeholders across regions and time zones.
- Content creation and organization skills, including basic visual design and documentation best practices.
