About This Opportunity
This high-impact individual contributor role requires deep expertise in managing complex global
mobility programs. Responsibilities include overseeing the full mobility lifecycle, including
long/short-term assignments, business travel, foreign local hires, secondments, remote
working, and third-party global assignments. The role focuses on strategic problem-solving,
operational excellence, compliance, and process simplification through automation and AI
driven solutions.
What you will do
- Collaborate with employees and managers across all organizational levels to provide guidance and support on global mobility processes.
- Partner with Regional Delivery Managers, Immigration Specialists, HR, Payroll, Legal, and Tax teams to ensure seamless execution of mobility programs.
- Coordinate with external service providers, including EY, Deloitte, and ISN, for immigration, taxation, compliance, and mobility-related services.
- Liaise with government bodies and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with immigration, employment, and statutory requirements.
- Apply and execute global/local HR policies and processes.
- Advise on legislation interpretation, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure alignment with global tax, immigration, labor laws, and GDPR.
- Mobility & Payroll Operations
- Manage international assignments ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
- Handle payroll complexities including tax reconciliation, retroactive calculations, FX
- adjustments, and one-time payments.
- Collaborate with tax, payroll, and legal teams for operational eAiciency.
- Maintain SOX controls, compliance audits, and external reporting.
- Technology & Data Management
- Utilize AI, analytics, and automation to optimize processes.
- Implement cloud-based mobility platforms and payroll integrations.
- Conduct trend analysis, cost modelling, and compliance audits.
- Ensure robust data privacy, governance, and legal compliance.
- Stakeholder & Business Partnership
- Act as a primary escalation point for mobility-related issues.
- Provide expert support in governance meetings and executive presentations.
- Lead change management for new mobility models and digital transformation.
You will bring
- 5+ years of experience in global mobility with a multinational company.
- Strong expertise in tax, payroll, and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for payroll calculations and reporting.
- Ability to drive automation, digitization, and AI integration in mobility processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
