Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales team member to join our team in Hindmarsh.

About the role
- Delivering friendly, professional and efficient service to customers
- Processing customer orders, enquiries and quotations accurately and promptly
- Building strong relationships with customers and developing a clear understanding of their needs
- Supporting the branch team to achieve sales and service targets
- Identifying opportunities to promote Rexel’s products and solutions
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers and other internal stakeholders
- Helping maintain smooth day-to-day branch operations
- Contributing to a positive team culture and a strong customer-first environment
Qualifications
You are someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for customer service, and takes pride in getting the details right. You bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in building a career in sales and the electrical industry.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Experience in a customer-facing, internal sales, retail sales or service role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A genuine interest in customer service and sales
- Experience in electrical wholesale, trades, industrial, building or construction environments will be highly regarded
