We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Sales Support Specialist to provide operational and administrative support to our field sales team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth execution of the Lead-to-Order process and maintaining accurate sales operations. You will work closely with account managers, FAEs, and distribution partners to enable sales success through efficient internal processes.
What You’ll Do:
Provide proactive back-office support to Sales and FAE teams for assigned accounts, including design registration review, pricing/quote requests, and process documentation.
Coordinate sample requests and new product introduction (NPI) support between field sales, Product Marketing, and Operations.
Manage escalation or exception requests on customer orders placed through distributors, working closely with the centralized Sales Service team.
Collect, enter, and analyze demand signals to prepare consolidated sales forecasts in support of planning.
Maintain accurate design registration and opportunity data in the CRM system.
Ensure correct distributor margin is applied for each opportunity.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Management, Operations, and Legal on contracts, pricing, and compliance activities.
What This Role Is NOT:
This is not a customer-facing sales role. You will focus on internal coordination and operational excellence to support the sales team.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
3+ years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or sales operations - semiconductor/electronics/high-tech preferred.
Familiarity with technical sales and distribution models.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and ERP tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluent in English and local language of assigned region.
Understanding of FPGA sales process is a plus
