Job Description

1.Roles & Responsibility

  • Internal Logistics Strategic Planning & Execution: Responsible for formulating and executing internal logistics strategies, optimizing the end-to-end process from raw material inbound to production line delivery, ensuring logistics operations comply with GE Healthcare’s global standards and local regulatory requirements.

  • Inventory Management & Optimization: Lead inventory control strategies, balancing inventory levels with service levels through data analysis to reduce obsolete stock and improve inventory turnover, ensuring the availability of critical medical components to support production continuity.

  • Process Improvement & Lean Management: Apply Lean methodologies to identify internal logistics bottlenecks, lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen), and enhance warehouse space utilization and material handling efficiency.

  • Team Building & Performance Management: Lead the internal logistics team, responsible for team building, skills training, performance appraisal, and talent pipeline development, fostering a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.

  • EHS & Compliance Assurance: Strictly adhere to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, ensuring all logistics operations comply with GE Healthcare’s ethical guidelines and local laws and regulations, achieving zero accidents.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Production, Delivery, Materials, Quality, and IT departments to drive the implementation of digital logistics solutions, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and legacy product lifecycle management.

2.Qualification/Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of logistics management experience in the manufacturing industry, including at least 3 years of team management experience.

  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in Chinese and proficient English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, capable of using English as a working language.
