We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to independently own advertiser outcomes across a broader scope of work while serving as a solutions expert and mentor within the team.

This role requires stronger account ownership, sharper problem-solving, and the ability to anticipate client needs, guide execution, and improve the quality of work across stakeholders.

What you'll do

Solution Ownership

  • Own a portfolio of accounts or a moderate-sized book of business with increasing independence and translate account strategy into execution plans

  • Lead optimization cadences, measurement plans, rollout plans, and operational approaches that improve client outcomes

Client Leadership

  • Build deeper client relationships and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen performance, service quality, and product adoption

  • Distill performance trends and business context into clear actions, recommendations, and value stories for clients

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Execute account strategy in close partnership with Client Partners and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders around launches, troubleshooting, and milestones

  • Act as a solutions expert across products, measurement, and execution best practices

Communication, Judgment & Escalation

  • Identify and escalate complex issues early while helping create structure around execution and decision-making

  • Produce polished, precise reviews, updates, and recommendations that connect performance to business implications

Team & Culture

  • Mentor less experienced teammates by sharing knowledge, reviewing work, and modeling strong account management practices

  • Lead selected team activities and contribute to stronger team culture and operating rigor

Minimun qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, client services, or a related commercial role

  • Experience owning client-facing workstreams or books of business with measurable impact

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose issues, interpret measurement signals, and turn insights into action

  • Experience working across multiple cross-functional partners to deliver results and manage stakeholder expectations

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in English and Mandarin

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience acting as a solutions expert for clients or internal teams

  • Experience supporting China export retail advertisers and international campaign performance

  • Ability to mentor others and raise execution quality across the team

  • Strong forecasting, planning, and prioritization skills

  • Ability to balance client service excellence with sound operational and commercial judgment
