Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for providing independent assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of controls across the branch network and corporate functions through the execution of control assurance assessments, proactive identification and evaluation of operational and compliance risks, and continuous monitoring of control effectiveness. The incumbent will maintain robust reporting on key control performance indicators, exceptions, trends, and operational risk incidents, while also driving awareness, coaching, and implementation of the control framework to ensure a strong risk and control culture and that controls are maintained at acceptable levels across the organization.
