It will collaborate closely with the leadership team to facilitate planning sessions and drive business strategy execution.
The role involves defining long-term goals and short-term objectives, as well as supporting the implementation of regional business plans, key initiatives, M&A activities, and partnership processes. Additionally, it includes monitoring the competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities, and tracking performance by reporting progress and analyzing issues that may impact productivity, profitability, and regional growth.
What You'll Bring:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Must have business planning abilities along with strong facilitation skills.
- Must be 100% fluent in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team in a rapidly changing environment.

Impact You'll Make:
- Collaborate with LATAM region to create and maintain business plans that have clear and measurable targets. Develop presentations for the short-term and long-range plans.
- Support strategic planning process considering the regional objectives.
- Support the execution of the regional business plan and track and report current year progress.
- Support all regional activity associated with new market and new LOB development.
- Support M&A and partnership processes across the region.
- Conduct industry research to understand market trends and competitive landscape and translate findings into presentations and memos for the leadership team
- Execute ad hoc strategic analysis for leadership team. Gather competitive intelligence on an ongoing basis, monitor strategy, and predict competitive response for key competitors.
- Support leadership team in key initiatives across the organization: prepare presentations for leadership team, research, financial analysis, among others.
- Develop ongoing reports: Macro, Board of Directors, results.
- Support project management of different initiatives across the region.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
