Team Overview
The Product Marketing team is responsible for shaping go-to-market strategy, value propositions, messaging, and sales enablement that support TransUnion's solutions across Latin America. The team works closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Market Development teams to ensure solutions are effectively positioned and delivered to market. By leveraging market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis, the team helps drive growth and commercial outcomes across the region. This role reports to the Sr Director, International Product Marketing. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Support the execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies that align product capabilities with customer needs and regional market opportunities.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams to support successful product launches and commercialization efforts.
- Develop and maintain product messaging, positioning, and customer-facing content that communicates TransUnion's value proposition.
- Create sales enablement materials including presentations, solution briefs, battlecards, customer stories, and other tools that support commercial teams.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiation points.
- Support the development and maintenance of buyer personas and ideal customer profiles.
- Collaborate across regional and global teams to support product marketing initiatives and ensure go-to-market readiness.
- Monitor key marketing and business performance indicators and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Contribute to the localization and execution of global product marketing programs within Latin America.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- +7 years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, SaaS, technology, information services, or related industries.
- Experience supporting go-to-market strategies, product launches, or commercialization initiatives.
- Experience developing product messaging, positioning, value propositions, and customer-facing content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze market, customer, and competitive information and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Required Technical Skills
- Experience supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and execution activities.
- Ability to create product marketing and sales enablement materials, including presentations, playbooks, solution briefs, and competitive battlecards.
- Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and buyer persona development.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate insights to support business decisions.
- Strong proficiency using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other business productivity tools.

Skills Required
- 7+ years in B2B product marketing, preferably within information services or SaaS.
- Demonstrated success bringing new solutions to market and driving ongoing growth with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to translate complexity into clear customer-facing value.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Comfortable with autonomy, combining strategic thinking and doing the work.
- Passion for translating complex business problems and solutions into compelling stories.
- Experience setting up a regional product marketing operation.

- Strong English speaker in a business context.
