About This Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and technically sharp Integration Engineer to join Ericsson's Cloud Services team. You'll analyse, develop, and execute integration and test activities across cloud-native platforms, with hands-on involvement in Online Charging System - ensuring seamless configuration, robust migrations, and end-to-end service continuity. You'll operate within Ericsson's global Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS) standards, with a strong commitment to data security and privacy throughout.

What You'll Do
- Define project scope, quality parameters, cost estimates, and delivery timelines - setting the team up for predictable, controlled execution.
- Prepare, collect, and validate scripts and configurations across Online Charging System environments, ensuring accuracy and compliance before deployment.
- Develop and execute structured test cases to guarantee quality, performance, and efficiency across integration workstreams.
- Conduct hands-on troubleshooting across network and cloud systems - diagnosing root causes, implementing fixes, and escalating where appropriate.
- Carry out integration and migration activities across Online Charging System platforms in line with Ericsson's process framework and contractual obligations.
- Ensure OS, Hardware, Software, licences, and configuration data are current, correctly formatted, and audit-ready at all times.
- Contribute to automation initiatives that reduce manual effort, minimise human error, and improve repeatability across delivery.
What You Bring
Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Solid understanding of Online Charging System - including rating, billing mediation, and charging gateway functions within telecom environments.
- Hands-on experience with network integration, migration, and configuration management.
- Familiarity with Ericsson's portfolio of products and solutions is a strong advantage.
