We are looking for an Integration Engineer - Transport who is data and value driven to manage integration services within telecom transport networks. The role is responsible for analyzing, preparing, implementing, and executing integration activities including configuration, upgrades, migrations, and expansions while ensuring quality and first-time-right delivery.
The role requires compliance with Ericsson directives, processes and tools, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), data security, and privacy standards.
What you will do
- Support presales activities through transport integration analytics and solution proposals
- Define integration scope, strategy, timelines, and implementation plans
- Prepare and validate scripts and configurations prior to execution
- Execute transport network integration, migration, upgrade, and expansion activities
- Define and execute test cases to ensure quality delivery
- Perform troubleshooting, corrective actions, and escalations when needed
- Ensure availability and accuracy of OS, HW, SW, licenses, and configuration data
- Manage handover documentation and exit criteria
- Drive continuous improvement in integration processes and delivery quality
- Mentor and support junior engineers when required
