We are looking for a Service Delivery Line Manager to lead and drive delivery excellence for Implementations and Infrastructure Network Rollout activities. The role is responsible for managing service delivery execution, operational performance, people leadership, financial management, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with Ericsson processes, standards, and strategies.
The scope includes management of internal workforce and ARPs/ASPs involved in telecom infrastructure deployment, implementation, and rollout activities. The role acts in accordance with the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promotes Ericsson values, ethics, and culture to drive high performance and operational excellence.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end service delivery execution for PHPI implementations and infrastructure network rollout projects
- Ensure delivery performance against defined KPI, SLA, quality, cost, and timeline targets
- Drive planning and execution of work including risk management, financial control, and change management
- Manage operational delivery teams, subcontractors, ARPs, and ASPs to ensure efficient execution
- Ensure adherence to Ericsson Service Delivery strategies, global processes, methods, and tools
- Drive resource and competence management to ensure the right resources, skills, and cost structure are in place
- Lead performance management activities for the unit to achieve operational and business objectives
- Manage unit financials, forecasts, and budget to secure operational efficiency and profitability
- Support succession planning and talent development to ensure business continuity
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, customer requirements, and Ericsson standards
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety (E+OHS) standards
- Foster employee engagement, well-being, and high-performance culture within the organization
- Build strong collaboration with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
The skills you bring
- Strong experience in telecom infrastructure implementation and network rollout delivery
- Extensive knowledge of PHPI implementations, RAN deployment, integration, and rollout operations
- Proven people leadership and line management experience
- Strong understanding of service delivery operations, project execution, and field implementation management
- Experience managing vendors, subcontractors, ASPs, and ARPs
- Financial and operational management capability including forecasting and budget handling
- Risk management and change management expertise
- Knowledge of Ericsson delivery processes, tools, and methodologies is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage complex operational and organizational challenges in a fast-paced environment
