We are looking for a Senior Program Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of large, complex telecom programs. In this role, you will be fully accountable for program outcomes across network stability, time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will provide strategic leadership across multiple projects, vendors, and domains, acting as the single point of accountability for executive stakeholders.
This role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive predictable delivery in complex, mission-critical environments.
What you will do

- Establish and govern robust program frameworks, including Steering Committees, risk and financial controls, decision logs, and escalation models.
- Ensure disciplined program execution covering scope, milestones, dependencies, and change control.
- Act as the final escalation point for delivery, technical, and commercial risks.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior customer executives, leading executive communications on program status, risks, recovery plans, and strategic decisions.
- Drive on-time, on-budget delivery across all workstreams while ensuring network stability and service continuity during transformations and migrations.
- Oversee cutovers, migrations, go-lives, and incident recovery where applicable.
- Own full program P&L, including revenue recognition, cost control, margins, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage contracts, change requests, claims, and commercial negotiations in line with contractual commitments.
- Lead, inspire, and align cross-functional teams across Core, RAN, IP, Cloud, OSS/BSS, and IT domains.
- Proactively manage risks, quality assurance, audits, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, lessons learned, and reuse.
You will bring
Experience
- 15+ years of experience in telecom delivery, with 7+ years leading large-scale transformation programs.
- Proven track record delivering complex, mission-critical telecom programs.
- Experience working with Tier-1 operators or large enterprise telecom environments.
- Strong background in network modernization, 4G/5G Core, cloud-native platforms, OSS/BSS, or IT transformation.
Technical & Domain Expertise
- Solid understanding of telecom architectures including Core, Cloud, IP, and OSS/BSS.
- Hands-on experience managing live network changes and high-risk migrations.
- Ability to engage credibly with architects, engineers, and vendor partners.
Leadership & Personal Skills
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong decision-making ability under pressure.
- Proven capability to lead large, diverse, and cross-cultural teams.
- Strong commercial mindset with effective negotiation skills.
Education & Certifications
