An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced technical product professional on our Implementation and Enablement Team. Hi Marley is seeking an Integration Analyst to be a part of our customer facing integration efforts and diligence activities. As a member of the Implementation and Enablement Team, this position plays a crucial role in providing technical support to our customers in their integration efforts. This position works closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales. We thrive on teamwork and shared enthusiasm, which is why this role involves joining us in the office for two days each week. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure smooth and satisfying integration experiences for our customers by providing guidance on implementing Hi Marley’s integration features.
  • Support the Onboarding and Customer Success teams by assisting with Hi Marley’s integration suite, while gradually building your expertise in this area.
  • Analyze integration requirements and develop workflows that map Hi Marley’s APIs and webhooks to meet client needs.
  • Work closely with client IT developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to implement integration workflows effectively.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions to minimize customer impact.
  • Develop tools to monitor customer integration implementations, ensuring smooth operation and quick issue detection.
  • Stay updated on emerging integration technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve integration processes and enhance product offerings.
  • Document integration workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference. 

Technical proficiency: 

  • Experience with REST APIs & Webhooks
  • Proven understanding of REST API principles and JSON data structures
  • Proven understanding of API and SSO authentication/authorization (API key/SAML/OAuth)  
  • Experience with API tools such as Postman, SwaggerHub, or ReadyAPI  
  • Familiarity with querying data from tools like looker / power BI etc.
  • Familiarity with database concepts (SQL/NoSQL)  
  • Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI Specification a plus 

What We're Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 1-3 years of relevant experience in API design, testing, or development.
  • A natural investigator with troubleshooting/analysis skills and strong technical aptitude. Ability to navigate data and and interpersonal dynamics to uncover solutions
  • Exceptional communication abilities across various mediums, including phone, in-person interactions, and written correspondence
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a passion for customers success and/or experience working with enterprise Customer IT Teams 
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
  • Comfort in a startup environment – we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment.  
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (customer-visits, industry conferences when safe to do so)
