We are seeking two talented individuals to join our Graduate program here at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Stockholm. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three - four days per week in the office.

You usually work with us as either a specialist or a generalist. As a specialist, you have deep knowledge in one or more industries or insurance areas and ensure that our customers always have the best insurance solutions.

Marsh McLennan is the leading insurance broker and risk advisory firm, providing businesses and individuals with tailored risk management solutions. We help clients identify, assess, and mitigate risks through expert advice, data-driven strategies, and insurance placement. MMC’s services include risk consulting, insurance broking, and claims management.

We will count on you to: 

  • Engage directly with clients and stakeholders, providing risk advisory and insurance solutions.
  • Participate in a dynamic 18-month graduate program, rotating through different business areas to find your best fit.
  • Lead projects, develop your professional skills, and take ownership of your own responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to innovative risk management strategies.
     

What you need to have:  

  • Recently graduated (within the last 1-2 years) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Law, or related disciplines.
  • Fluent in Swedish and a competent English speaker, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and a genuine interest in the insurance industry.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
  • Based in or near Stockholm, with a flexible approach to work arrangements.
