The Instructional Designer II is responsible for designing and developing scalable learning solutions that build employee capability and improve organizational performance. This role applies instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and data-driven insights to create engaging, outcome-focused learning experiences across onboarding, leadership development, and operational training programs. The position partners closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional leaders, with occasional facilitation responsibilities to support program delivery.
