Instructional Content Development

  • Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, e-learning modules, and job aids 
  • Translate complex operational and technical content into clear, engaging learning experiences 
  • Create visually effective and interactive learning assets using LMS and authoring tools

 

Stakeholder Partnership and Program Development

  • Partner with subject matter experts, Operations Training, and business leaders to gather requirements and validate content 
  • Support development and standardization of enterprise programs to ensure consistency and scalability

  • Track participation, completion, and effectiveness using LMS and reporting tools
