The Service Inside Sales is responsible for driving service revenue growth through effective contract management and proactive customer engagement. This role delivers significant impact by ensuring timely contract renewals, identifying revenue opportunities, and enabling consistent service product penetration across accounts.
This position reports to the Senior Manager Service and is part of the Service Sales located in Bengaluru and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:- Act as the primary point of contact for all service contract-related queries, supporting customers with commercial requests and issue resolution
- Own end-to-end service contract processes including quoting, negotiation, PO processing, renewals, and system updates
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop proposals and negotiate service agreements with key accounts
- Identify and drive service revenue opportunities by increasing service product penetration through a customer-focused approach
- Support development and execution of service business strategies by identifying growth opportunities and converting them into revenue streams
- Track and monitor key service commercial KPIs, highlighting gaps and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Measure and report key service marketing KPIs in periodic reviews
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in inside sales, contract management, or customer-facing commercial roles
- Experience in managing service contracts, including quoting, renewals, and order processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with CRM/ERP systems for sales tracking and contract management
- Ability to travel up to 10%, primarily within location as required
- Contract management within a structured service environment
- Exposure to the Life Sciences or healthcare industry
