Sales Enablement Specialist – India

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore, India (Hybrid)
Qualification: MBA preferred
Experience: 2–5 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or B2B Sales roles

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist who will play a pivotal role in empowering our sales teams through impactful onboarding, training programs, and enablement initiatives. This role will help improve sales productivity and effectiveness by delivering structured learning programs, organizing enablement resources, and driving adoption of sales best practices.

Your Role in Our Mission
  • Deliver comprehensive onboarding and sales training programs (virtual and in-person) to equip new hires with the tools, knowledge, and processes needed for success.
  • Support the development, organization, and maintenance of sales enablement content and training materials to improve accessibility and seller effectiveness.
  • Drive Inside Sales enablement initiatives focused on high-velocity outreach, lead qualification frameworks, and prospecting tool adoption to accelerate pipeline generation.
  • Reinforce best practices through ongoing coaching resources and learning interventions to improve sales productivity and consistency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Global Enablement teams to localize messaging and optimize enablement materials for the India market.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives using data-driven insights and recommend continuous improvements.
