This is a great opportunity to join a world-class sales team at a company experiencing tremendous growth! As a member of our sales team, you will earn base pay and uncapped commissions, with top agents earning $150k-$300k+ per year while changing lives and helping people gain financial freedom. 

This hybrid role (hybrid work schedule offered after 30 days of employment) offers the best of both worlds, requiring just three days a week in our Atlanta office.  While Beyond believes that the greatest results, strongest communication, and most effective collaboration occur when employees are together in person, we also value flexibility. This structure allows you to foster strong team connections and collaborative energy in person, balanced with the convenience of remote work.  This role is full-time (40+ hours per week) with required weekend flexibility.

In this role you will:

  • Assess customers’ financial situation and guide them towards Beyond’s services
  • Perform sales by utilizing consultative sales scripting and rebuttal techniques
  • Educate clients on a variety of financial solutions available to resolve their debt
  • Manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Diligently update all lead file notes, phases, and statuses in the CRM
  • Ensure all sales transactions adhere to compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

  • You are self-motivated and highly driven
  • Success in exceeding goals in a fast-paced, sales environment environment 
  • Sees challenges as opportunities. Sees objections as buying questions
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Financial Services experience is a plus
  • Strong written, verbal & oral communication skills

Average annual earnings range from $100k to $300k, but top performers make more, and the only limit is your drive to succeed.
