Join JPMorganChase Global Banking and drive client implementations that bring payments technology and products to life. You will work directly with clients and internal partners to deliver structured onboarding across treasury, cash management, trade, and merchant acquiring. 

As a Analyst in Payments Client Implementation within Client Onboarding and Service, you will support post-mandate onboarding journey from solution finalization through testing and production go-live. You will support cross-jurisdiction and multi-entity implementations, manage project governance, and drive clear communication with clients and senior stakeholders. You will ensure work is delivered within legal, risk, compliance, and control requirements, while identifying opportunities to improve the onboarding experience and operating model.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end client onboarding delivery, acting as the key point of contact and driving client satisfaction through go-live.
  • Manage multi-entity and cross-jurisdiction implementations and account opening requests, including cross-region deals.
  • Drive implementation plans with clear scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and governance routines.
  • Support client-facing activities including workshops, solution refinement, project planning, testing coordination, and documentation management.
  • Coordinate internal partners across sales, product, legal, compliance, operations, technology, and client service to deliver on commitments.
  • Track delivery progress, manage risks and issues, and escalate when needed to protect timelines and outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to audit, risk, and control requirements, maintaining clear documentation and evidence.
  • Provide subject matter support on international regulatory requirements, products, documentation, and services.
  • Contribute to regional and global initiatives and process improvements that enhance client experience and internal efficiency.
     

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in client-facing implementation, onboarding, or project delivery roles.
  • Experience or knowledge in treasury, cash management, finance, or payments.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently in a cross-functional, global environment and influence stakeholders across teams.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience with automation or data tools such as Alteryx, UiPath, or Python, and a track record of improving processes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP or Oracle in a finance or treasury context.
