We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Implementation Project Manager - Healthcare Integration to lead the implementation of our healthcare communication and workflow platform, including (but not limited to) middleware integrations, secure messaging, and physician scheduling solutions. This individual will manage complex, cross-functional projects involving interoperability with EMRs, ERPs, nurse call systems, telephony, and applications used by clinical staff.

The Implementation Project Manager is integral to the Customer organization’s PMO team, providing exceptional administrator and implementation expertise.

Working in a complex and dynamic environment, this experienced professional will be responsible for TigerConnect software implementation, training, maintenance, and system enhancements to deliver the platform to our customers successfully. You will also be responsible for the successful execution of the project from initiation to closure, including guiding the customer’s change management, ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within scope and budget. You will manage stakeholders, identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure that customer value and ROI are achieved.

The Implementation Project Manager possesses business and technical acumen, sophisticated analytic thinking, advanced knowledge of TigerConnect’s capabilities and integrations, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels, including executive leadership. You will be a champion of the Project Management process and seek opportunities to improve the PMO and interdepartmental collaboration for enhanced project and product output.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the initial software implementation of TigerConnect solutions, starting with developing and owning project plans
  • Control scope, schedule, dependencies, and resources across concurrent projects
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including status reporting and escalation
  • Provide leadership and direction to project team members, promoting collaboration and accountability
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, solution design, and clinical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation with management, customers, vendors, and third parties
  • Execute Organizational Change Management plans, including user training and customer onboarding
  • Track project performance and produce reports on status, budget, metrics, and resource allocation for leadership
  • Adhere to project management best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business, or related field
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and systems
  • Experience delivering Organizational Change Management, training, and executive communications
  • Strong customer relationship and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%, including the U.S.
  • Strong English fluency (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work from the TigerConnect Mexico City office a minimum of 2 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management certification (PMP, CSM, etc.)
  • Healthcare industry experience, including hospital clinical workflows
  • Experience implementing middleware platforms involving HL7, EMR/ERP/API integrations (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.)
  • Experience with interoperability platforms, workflow automation, or clinical alerting
  • Familiarity with telephony and nurse call systems (Rauland, Hillrom, Ascom, Cisco, etc.)
