Installs, services, maintains, modifies, tests, and repairs nurse call systems at healthcare customer sites. Diagnoses malfunctions, performs preventive maintenance, prepares system reports, coordinates work to minimize disruptions, and communicates with supervisors, teams, and customers. The role requires extensive travel, physical work in construction environments, safe operation of tools and equipment, flexible shifts, and a valid driver’s license. Prior technical experience is helpful but not required; willingness to learn and strong reliability are essential.

Sell Pre-Hospital and Transfer SaaS to mid-market and enterprise healthcare organizations. Build relationships with clinical, IT, and operational decision-makers, manage a high-volume pipeline, run virtual and in-person demos, execute consultative value-based selling, close new logos, and expand existing accounts while partnering cross-functionally.

Install and maintain nurse-call systems at customer sites. Perform repairs, maintenance, and modifications, while ensuring excellent customer service and safety compliance.
