Outbound-focused BDR responsible for generating qualified meetings for Account Executives through high-volume cold calling and targeted prospecting into healthcare enterprise accounts. Manage an assigned book, maintain CRM data, use prospecting tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet monthly/quarterly pipeline and meeting targets.

Provide Tier 1 technical support for enterprise healthcare customers, responding to high-volume tickets via email/phone/chat, troubleshooting and replicating issues, maintaining records in Salesforce, authoring knowledge-base articles, prioritizing SLA-driven requests, escalating bugs to R&D, and participating in on-call rotations and special projects.

Lead FP&A for R&D and G&A functions: own budgeting, long-range forecasting, ROI and M&A financial modeling, cohort and operational metric analysis, and Adaptive Planning optimization. Partner with senior leaders to deliver insights, support capital/product investment decisions, and improve FP&A processes and systems.
