What It's Like to Work at TigerConnect

We help the helpers. Period. Some days we solve bigger problems, some days just minor annoyances, but every day I get to come to work and contribute to making caregivers’ lives a little easier. That clarity and purpose keeps me going.

One of my favorite things about TigerConnect is the transparency and openness of the company. We kickoff each week with a company all-hands where the strategy and vision are discussed. Everyday is different - while some companies are slowing down, TigerConnect is accelerating which means more projects and the ability to really make an impact.

TigerConnect has a fast-paced and competitive sales environment, but it doesn’t feel like an “every person for themselves” mentality. In general, sales team members are often seen as selfish, but at TigerConnect, it’s always a team effort. The “work hard play hard” mentality is prevalent here. I feel fulfilled when the team performs well.
