Increasingly, our modules connect beyond HR, integrating with finance and other business functions to give companies a single source of truth for their people's data. Having recently secured a US$166 million investment led by Salesforce, we’re aiming to expand beyond traditional HR software into an "organisational intelligence layer".
We’re a rapidly scaling global technology company with an ambitious go-to-market team - and APJ is central to our next phase of growth.
From the moment a sale closes through to go-live, our Implementation team guides customers through from sale close to go-live, acting as their main guide as they configure Bob and prepare their teams for launch.
This is a customer-facing role for someone who enjoys making the complex feel simple, and taking ownership through ambiguity. You'll help customers get Bob up and running while making sure it becomes part of how their teams actually work.
You'll work predominantly with upper-SMB and lower mid-market customers, with the opportunity to build the capability to support increasingly complex implementations. You'll help customers understand the downstream impact of their decisions, translate system concepts into practical language, and keep projects moving with clear structure and communication.
- Own customer implementations from handover after sale through to successful go-live
- Guide customers through system setup, data preparation, configuration, and key implementation decisions
- Translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for HR and People stakeholders
- Help customers understand how their setup choices will affect future processes, reporting, permissions, and product adoption
- Build trusted relationships with customers and keep projects progressing through clear communication, expectations, and governance
- Work through ambiguity, diagnose issues, and find practical solutions without relying on a rigid playbook
- Support customers with data uploads and spreadsheet-based preparation and troubleshooting
- Partner with internal teams to resolve challenges and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
- Identify opportunities to improve how we deliver repeatable, high-value implementations across the region
- Contribute to a growing APJ team with ideas, curiosity, and a builder mentality
- Experience in a customer-facing role involving systems, implementation, onboarding, business analysis, HR operations, People operations, or HR reporting
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- A structured approach to managing projects, priorities, risks, and customer expectations
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence operating in ambiguity
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data; experience supporting data uploads or data validation is valuable
- A relationship-led approach with the resilience and adaptability to guide customers through change
- Curiosity about technology and how different parts of a system connect
- A calm, accountable, and collaborative working style
- Genuine interest in helping customers get lasting value from the product, not just completing a technical setup
- Experience with HR platforms, APIs, SaaS implementations, or a growth-stage technology business is advantageous, but not essential
- An interest in using AI tools to work smarter, solve problems, and improve the customer experience
You don't need to come from a traditional implementation background. We're open to people who have built strong transferable skills in HR or People operations, business analysis, customer success, systems administration, or a similar environment - and who are excited to move toward a role that blends customers, technology, and problem-solving.
