Job Description SummaryAs the Imaging Account Manager, Public & Private for QLD South and Northern NSW, you will lead GE HealthCare’s Radiology sales strategy across a defined territory from Brisbane South to Northern NSW. In this customer-facing role, you will develop strategic partnerships with public hospitals, hospital networks, government bodies, Group Purchasing Organizations and smaller private radiology groups, helping customers access solutions that support better clinical and operational outcomes.
You will be accountable for delivering sales and order growth across the Radiology portfolio, leading complex multi-modality opportunities and coordinating internal teams to deliver integrated GE HealthCare solutions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the account growth strategy across assigned public and private accounts, building trusted customer relationships and maximising opportunities across the full Radiology portfolio of products and services.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales and order targets while maintaining disciplined pricing, forecasting and funnel management through Salesforce and relevant commercial tools.
  • Develop robust account plans for key customers, including growth targets, opportunity pipelines and competitive strategies to win.
  • Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities, while continuously strengthening a high-quality commercial pipeline.
  • Understand customer needs, clinical priorities and operational challenges, positioning tailored GE HealthCare solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Collaborate with Product, Service, Marketing and Leadership teams to progress opportunities, support territory-based marketing initiatives and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Represent GE HealthCare at industry events, conferences and exhibitions, build relationships with key opinion leaders and provide market intelligence that informs business strategy.

Quality & Compliance

  • Be aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this role.
  • Complete all planned Quality and Compliance training within defined deadlines, identify and report quality or compliance concerns, and take corrective action as required
  • Own order and configuration quality at point of entry, ensuring accuracy, configuration integrity and alignment to documented customer inputs.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years’ selling experience in a medical, healthcare, technical or life sciences field.
  • Previous healthcare industry experience, ideally in account management or solutions-based sales.
  • Strong track record of negotiation, closing success and customer relationship management.
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills, with English capability and local-language communication skills as required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Valid motor vehicle and driver’s licence.
