Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

• Drive targeted digital marketing strategy programs to generate sales opportunities and ultimately drive revenue through the use of targeted, segmented, and personalized outreach. Leverage promotional activities such as search engine marketing (i.e. paid ads on search engine), retargeting, programmatic, targeted display, and other ad units. Use analytics, a/b testing, and contact management to improve cost per conversion and to nurture leads and influence life cycle marketing campaigns.

• Develop conceptual knowledge of own discipline. Develop knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes or customer groups. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.

• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.

• Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.

• Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GEHC segment, sales,  operations and marketing international roles. Exchanges technical information, process savvy and asks questions and checks for understanding involving all functions needed (management, sales, legal, finance, compliance..)

Required Qualifications

• This role requires basic experience in the Marketing & Digital Customer Marketing. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

• Oral and written communications skills in English and Spanish
