Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational and support roles.
- Managing volume recruitment across multiple business units with diverse needs.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using proactive sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
- Prepare offers, manage salary negotiations and ensure compensation aligns with internal grading and market benchmarks
- Ensure adherence to recruitment budgets, diversity targets, and labor law compliance.
- Coordinate smooth onboarding and induction for new employees
- Support monthly payroll inputs and HR administrative processes
- Assist department managers with performance management and goal setting
- Maintain accurate HRIS data, employee files and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce planning and nationalization goals (UAE/KSA).
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+years of HR experience in a generalist capacity
- Sound knowledge of United Arab Emirates, KSA and Qatar labor law
- Proven experience recruiting across the GCC
- Experience in heavy equipment, construction, automotive, industrial or a similar technical sector strongly preferred
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Proactive, reliable and confident working with managers and employees

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
