WORK MODE: HYBRID
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the internal human resources function of our company while supporting key client HR projects as needed. The ideal candidate will ensure that our internal people management practices align with best practices and local labor laws, while contributing expertise to help deliver outstanding HR solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the company’s day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and offboarding.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws and industry best practices.
Coordinate the performance appraisal process and support line managers with performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary procedures, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
Prepare and maintain accurate HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management decision-making.
Provide HR advisory services on projects for clients as assigned e.g., policy design, compliance audits, or outsourced HR management.
Champion initiatives that foster a positive work culture, drive employee engagement, and support retention.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 – 7 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with at least 2 – 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role,
Strong understanding of local labor laws, HR best practices, and HR advisory processes.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
