Key Responsibilities
Provide support to the Human Resources Operations team in executing administrative and operational processes that contribute to a positive and efficient employee experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to key HR processes, including onboarding support, document management, HR systems updates, internal communications, reporting, and process follow-up. We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, proactive individual with an interest in learning about human resources operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, employee file updates, system registrations, and coordination of onboarding logistics.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records, databases, and digital documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.
- Provide support for HR administrative processes, such as preparing employment letters, certifications, trackers, and responding to basic employee requests.
- Assist with updating and tracking information in HR systems (HRIS), spreadsheets, and operational reports.
- Support internal communications and employee experience activities using corporate templates and platforms.
- Assist in coordinating HR trainings, meetings, and events, including attendance tracking and logistical support.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives through procedure documentation, checklist updates, and support with data analysis tasks.
- Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations related to HR operational metrics and activities.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely follow-up on operational tasks and employee requests.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
Profile:
Academic Background:
Student in the final semesters of Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
No prior experience required. Previous internships or basic administrative experience are valued.
